For more than 50 years, we have offered a masterpiece in the art of cheese-making, without any preservatives, making you cheese an important part of a healthy diet with very high nutritional values.
To make one kilo of cheese we use around 16 liters of high-quality milk.
Thanks to the skimming of the evening milk, that reduce the lipid level, our Parmigiano Reggiano is extremely rich in protein, and minerals, such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and zinc.
Rich in vitamines such as vitamine E, B2, B6, our extra seasoned has another great quality: it is very easy to digest, making it particularly suitable for all ages, from children onwards.
Perfect flaked, or for a tasty starter, or grated on any pasta.
