In all this time, we have been able to develop and significant ,market presence and become a point of reference for the whole dairy sector, based on our great passion and determination.

Our company is based in the heart of the Food Valley in Parma, and each year we use over 17.5 million liters of high-quality milk that comes exclusively from our partner agricultural companies.

We produce around 100 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano every day.

Parmigiano Reggiano comes the history and traditions of our area, produced today just as it has been for centuries.
You need only a few hundred liters of fresh milk, a little rennet, a pinch of salt. followed by a long seasoning period.
Add our experience and expertise, and presto your cheese is ready !
